all packed

kiki, photo by gene, canon 350d

today's affirmation
i am lucky, i love travelling

kiki wanna go too?
in one of amber's post on making hotel experience more homie, bring along sweet 'homie' items and display them in hotel room, gee... i wish i could bring kiki along! :)

as much as i enjoy travelling, i do miss home when away
gene, kiki and chewie... and me tiny garden
i love our little home and little family

lots of joy and gratitude flowing as i write this
being aware of my life and its goodness
surrounded by love and sacredness
ahhh.... a blessing

i am grateful

  3. Wow, another trip! Hope there is some rest and relaxation included.

I would need items from home, as well. They give comfort when the blues hit.

  4. Aww, can I take Kiki, too? Much easier than trying to stash a 70-lb golden retriever in my bag! I miss my home when I'm away, too. Isn't it indeed a wonderful blessing to have a home that you enjoy being in? Happy trails, Alison!

  6. your cat....reminds me of my late BFF kitty.....i am much of a loner and my only fren whom i talk to everyday is.....was....my cat companion. She was white too but has a black mask and black crooked tail at the tip....

she sleeps with.....she slept with me then and every morning she would sit on me the way your cat does on your luggage and not budged till i gave her breakfast! :)

when she died, she was 17 years old and i took care of her since she was 2 months old.
