how to order

step 1: to order
go to my etsy shop and pick the item(s) you wish to purchase and click add to cart, proceed to check out and make sure all items are correct and click confirm. you need to open an etsy account in order to purchase, it's as easy as setting up an email account.

step 2
for malaysian buyers, you may choose to pay via maybank transfer by selecting "other" payment when you reach the payment method in etsy.

step 3: email me/confirmation

i will reply you soonest to confirm your order. kindly use emails only for correspondence as this will enable me to track and keep record of all purchases.

step 4: make payment
once you receive the confirmation email from me, you can proceed to make payment within 3 working days via maybank or paypal.

payment - malaysia
- via maybank atm transfer/cash deposit or maybank2u.com.my
account details will be included in the order confirmation email

payment - international
- via paypal in USD.

malaysia
registered post (3-5 working days):
west malaysia: RM5.00
east malaysia: RM6.00
for malaysian buyers, please add the delivery charges in the payment via maybank.

international
registered air mail : (7-21 days) : USD5.00
for international buyers, it is included in the etsy check out page.

please note that shipping charges include bubble wrapped mail and postage. these are minimum charges and may vary depending on weight of the package.

step 5 : shipping
all items are shipped from selangor, malaysia. i will email you once the item is shipped out.
