you have the choice to choose your thoughts.
what you focus on expands, as thoughts, and everything around you are nothing but energy.
shift your perceptions.
change your thought habit.
practice mindfulness.
breathe. deep breathing.
don't be too hard on yourself, or life.
humour is important. really. it is.
