Kiki's home

We went to QPS Sunday morning to pick up Kiki. Once home, she roamed the house checking out every corner, every cupboard, every window in the house. She is still nervous and cold. According to the good pet people in QPS, cats will naturally grow thicker fur when temperature dips. I hope Kiki will grow hers soon, she's still shivering because of the cooler weather here.

Nervous, looking for high places to feel safe.

Checking out the garden. She's not allowed to go out for at least 2-3 weeks. Letting her get use to the new environment first.

She has climbed ALL the windows in the house.

Found one that she loves, the sunny spot!

Soaking up the sunshine!

She's also found a warm corner to nap, the heat pump cupboard! Though we're not going to make that a habit.

We are so glad that Kiki is finally home with us. She definitely brings more laughter and lightness to our tiny home. I would like to thank everyone who have helped me in making this possible. I am deeply grateful for your kindness, prayers and love.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  1. Good to see that she's settling in okay. Flighty xx

  2. Oh, this makes me so happy!! I know it was quite an operation to make all of that happen and so glad I could play a tiny part in it! It will be an adjustment, but as long as she is with you, that's the main thing!

    1. Yes, as long as we have each other, we are family and we will all adjust together. Thank you so much Patty! Nothing is too little, every little kindness makes huge difference! :) xo
