New Home, New Creative Space

We've been so occupied with moving, packing, unpacking, sorting, cleaning, fixing bits and bobs and making the house a home that I've put blogging at the back bunner for a while. It has been a smooth transition and all is well. We are enjoying our new spaces very much, so does Kiki as you shall see in the photos below. But first... my little creative room.IMG_20140627_01751
Needless to say, I am happy beyond words to have this personal creative space to work in! So so grateful! Looking back and seeing how far I've come makes my heart feeling so full. From finding an unwanted table under a tree, to making lots of art and craft on it. To moving to another country, bringing along that very same table and still creating on it now. That table and I, we have lots of stories to share. Creating more art, craft and stories to come.

This is the first journal I made in my new creative space. A batek journal. The batek fabric was given to me by my mom a while ago and I finnaly made it into a journal. I love how it turn out. It's listed in my Etsy shop.

And now, for some Kiki...

A new tree to climb and seeing all she can see over the fence. She is happy here. We all are, the three of us and I cannot be thankful enough for all that is right this moment.

    1. There's still much to do Flighty, we're just taking it easy and do a little at a time.

  3. I just love the pristine white studio matching white Kiki on her creative space too!
The table and stool you renovated reminded me of my art station which I found while on a walk, a whole kitchen wooden bench with 3 large drawers on each side perfect for all my stuff!! New owners moving in had just got rid of it, and let me have it for free.
Wishing you lots of fun and creative moments in your new studio. Christine xxx

    1. Christine, that's so similar to how we found my little craft table! We love our new space, Kiki is still exploring the compound, with supervision of course :)
