Taking time to write and making books

I took a week off from making books last week, I needed a little break and it was a good one. I spent most of my time in the garden and the autumn weather has been simply lovely.

Yesterday these words came into my head and would not leave, so I had to write them down "The world does not need you to hustle. The world needs you to be fully present in what you are doing." Ok, I get the message :) Back to practising being mindful in my daily activities and not having a thousand thoughts running in my head while doing things.

I've added some new journals in my webshop. You can check them out in the New Arrival tab.

Somehow I missed this Shibori journal that I made last year. You can find it here now.

I am back making more journals. New Zealand themed journals are quite popular at our local market. I am making more fantail journals and hope to get them in the shop next week.

All done sewing. Cutting and folding papers are next.

Meanwhile, this is what Kiki's daily activities look like :)

Have a wonderful weekend!
